The bedroom overlooks a quiet street; double glazing and shutters ensure peaceful nights. The bedroom has a high-quality 160 x 200 bed for superior comfort and a wardrobe for storing your belongings. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, and a heated towel rail. An additional parking space is available for small vehicles (at an extra charge).

A shared laundry room in the building is available for use, at the tenant's expense.

University Lyon 3, INSEEC, the rectorate, and the Saint Joseph Saint Luc Hospital are all 300 meters away.
