The space

In the living area, you can enjoy:

A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, dishes, pans, pots, utensils, etc.)

A living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two and a television.
A cabin with three beds (two single beds measuring 190x80 cm and one bunk bed measuring 190x70 cm)
A bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror, and storage
A west-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunset and views of the greenery and mountains

Access to a private 4 m² cellar used as a ski room in the basement of the building

Access to the slopes

There is a bus stop right in front of the residence, allowing you to easily reach the main ski lift departure point at La Kédeuse.
It is also possible to leave on skis:
From the residence, take the “Bardelle” magic carpet, cross the road, then take the ‘Figaro’ magic carpet to reach “Kedeuse.”

Guest access

The apartment is located on Route de Flaine – 74300 Les Carroz d'Arâches, on the first floor without an elevator.
Parking is free around the residence.
A private cellar is included, ideal for storing skis, sleds, or suitcases.
